General Merchandise:

If you are looking to return or exchange your purchase(s) for whatever reason, we’re here to help!  We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 Days of purchase with proof of purchase(s).  You can return your purchased product(s) for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  Product(s) must be in resalable condition and have all original tags to be eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit.

Hay/ Straw:

To better assist you with our Hay Deliveries and Returns or Exchanges, the following criteria are required on ALL Hay Returns or Exchanges:

  • Notification of bad bales, delivery errors, or other issues must be made no later than 5 business days to the store following the purchase or delivery itself. 
  • Good Hay Bales being returned for 100% Credit must be bound, resalable, and present a valid proof of purchase. 
  • Bad/Moldy Hay Bales needing to be exchanged or returned must be ¾ or more complete, bound, easily assessable to delivery staff, and clearly marked.
